1. 7-Day Hassle-Free Returns

We want you to be completely delighted with your Laddu Gopal. If you receive a product that is damaged in transit, defective, or not matching the ordered size, you may request a return or free replacement within 7 days of delivery.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To initiate a return or replacement:

  1. Send a message on WhatsApp or email with your Order Number and photos of the idol.
  2. Our team will arrange a reverse pickup from your doorstep via our courier partner.
  3. Once inspected, your replacement or full refund is processed within 48 hours.

3. Refund Mode

  • Online Payments: Refunded directly to your original payment method (Bank/UPI/Card) in 3–5 business days.
  • Cash on Delivery (COD): Refunded via direct Bank Transfer (NEFT/IMPS) or UPI to your provided account details.
